SoloProtect's partnership with Reliance ensures trained security staff are available every hour of every day to receive and manage any alert raised by SoloProtect users.  By listening to and recording everything that takes place during the incident, monitoring staff initiate the most appropriate response.  Based on incident severity they will call out the police, alert colleagues or supervisors, or simply archive recordings for use in future legal action or to support changes in working practices.
