SoloProtect Solutions
SoloProtect is provided exclusively by Connexion2 Limited, the manufacturer of the market leading Identicom range of lone worker protection devices.
SoloProtect solutions are all inclusive managed services designed to offer the very highest levels of lone worker protection. The SoloProtect solution includes an Identicom, 24/7 manned monitoring, mobile network connection and airtime*, full user training and our TotalCare™ support package. SoloProtect ensures that lone workers can call upon the backup they need, where and when they need it.
Disguised as a standard identity card holder, Identicom provides a discreet means of alerting SoloProtect's 24 hour manned monitoring centre to your situation. Whether injured, or facing physical or verbal abuse, the monitoring centre will be able to listen to, and record, what occurs during the incident, to ensure proportionate and immediate action. Recordings are admissible as evidence in court or may be used to support changes in working practices.
In the event of an incident a predefined set of escalation tasks will be followed by qualified personnel in the monitoring centre. This will include escalation to the Police if the incident warrants such a response and/or notification of the incident through to appropriate memebers of staff in your organisation. The monitoring service we provide as part of SoloProtect is accredited to the most stringent UK regulations including BS5979 Cat II.
There are four varients of the SoloProtect service, which differ in the included Identicom product:
SoloProtect featuring Identicom i750 - Fully Integrated (12, 24 & 36 Month contract terms available)
The Identicom i750 is the original fully-integrated, fit-for-purpose lone worker protection device designed for those users at most risk from verbal or physical abuse.Until recently known just as 'Identicom' the Identicom i750 has won numerous awards and earnt its position as the most popular lone worker protection product.

SoloProtect featuring Identicom i757 - Fully Integrated + GPS (12, 24 & 36 Month contract terms available)
The Identicom i757 offers all the features of the original Identicom. GPS enabled and fully integrated the i757 is designed for the most mobile of users facing the risk or verbal and physical abuse.

Soloprotect featuring Identicom i770 - 'Man Down' (12, 24 & 36 Month contract terms available)
The Identicom i770 is the original ‘man-down’ lone worker device. Its enhanced functionality is aimed at those users facing environmental hazards in addition to verbal and physical abuse.

The Identicom i777 incorporates ‘man-down’ technology and is GPS enabled offering the highest levels of protection to the most mobile users at risk from environmental hazards in addition to verbal and physical abuse.

SoloProtect featuring Identicom t757- GPS + Online Tracking Application Integration (12, 24 & 36 Month contract terms available)
The Identicom t757 incorporates all the traditional Identicom functionality to assist with verbal abuse capture. This is coupled with GPS, the ability to store positions and integrates with Connexion2’s online tracking application.
- Discreet wear and operation.
- Status check for signal strength, battery life and GPS coverage indicator.
- Amber alert facility (user leaves a short voice message prior to lone working).
- Red alert facility (open audio-channel to Alarm Receiving Centre).
- GPS data facility: log & store up to 1000 positions.
- Upload GPS log (by GPRS) periodically, at specific times of day, on demand or when a geo-fence has been breached.
- Geo-fencing: up to 100 predetermined positions can be stored within the device with latitude, longitude, radius and any specific time of day range when access is authorised/not authorised.
SoloProtect featuring Identicom t777- ‘Man Down’ + GPS + Online Tracking Application Integration (12, 24 & 36 Month contract terms available)
The Identicom t777 is also GPS enabled with the functionality to log and store users positions for greater location data. The device also protects against environmental risk with automatic ‘man-down’ alarm.

SoloProtect featuring Identicom mobile: An application download for a Blackberry smartphone – GPS (device dependent) + Online Tracking Application Integration (optional) (12, 24 & 36 Month contract terms available)
- Simple download to a users Blackberry smartphone giving much of the functionality found on the Identicom lone worker device
- Red Alert activation through the application or by double press of a Blackberry definable key.
- Ability to raise a Red Alert if key lock is enabled.
- Ability to leave an Amber Alert message to ARC (timer definable and can escalate to Red Alert).
- GPS location / GPRS Upload (requires Blackberry GPS capability).

SoloProtect is also able to offer as an additional cost option a range of mobile response services to complement any response from the Police. Our Active Personnel Protection Services (APPS) can provide your lone worker with the support of a trained and SIA registered on a pay as you use basis. This service can either be pre-booked to support a worker who may be visiting an area identified as high risk.
