A busy start to 2017 follows a productive 2016 for SoloProtect

2016 began with their brand new purpose-built, state of the art Alarm Receiving Centre, (ARC), going live and ended with them becoming the first lone worker solution provider to be audited and approved by the NSI (National Security Inspectorate) against the updated version of BS 8484:16. With plenty of shows and exciting developments in the pipeline, 2017 promises to be even more exciting than last year.

By investing in a brand new, EN 50518 accredited ARC, SoloProtect have taken steps to improve customer service and lone worker protection. Both in terms of the quality of the infrastructure and staffing, but also with regards to the level of reporting a customer can now access.

User adoption is key to employing a successful solution; without the right support and training it’s hard to get the best from your lone worker device. Along with access to comprehensive monthly reporting, every SoloProtect customer gets UK based customer support and face-to-face and web based training.

SoloProtect continue to offer lone worker solutions that are centred on extremely high levels of service and focused on user engagement. The device is fully manufactured in the UK and has a UK Customer Support team working closely during the initial set-up and implementation stage, meaning disruption to the customer is minimised and time is saved. Face-to-face training then promotes good user-engagement and a chance for user-feedback to be circulated.

Craig Swallow, SoloProtect UK Managing Director commented:

‘We’re very excited about attending this years’ Lone Worker Safety Expo, and engaging with the industry again. Lone worker safety is our passion and events like this give us the chance to share our knowledge with like-minded professionals.’
