We would like to wish all our customers and solution users a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Please rest assured that during the festive period all device users will still receive uninterrupted 24/7/365, monitoring support from our Alarm Receiving Centre. Should any device users need to raise a ‘Red Alert’ during that time, we’ll be there to support them.
For our opening hours at the SoloProtect Office (including our Customer Support Team), Please see below:
24th December: Open 08:00 – 13:00
25 – 26th December: Office Closed
27th December: Open 08:00 – 17:30
28th December: Open 08:00 – 17:30
31st December: Open 08:00 – 13:00
1st January: Office Closed
Normal business hours resume from Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
