SoloProtect located stand F28
Lone worker specialist SoloProtect, will be attending this year’s Health and Safety North event, and will be on hand to discuss its leading range of lone worker solutions with visitors, and industry colleagues. This well-established event continues to build upon the highly successful and respected Health & Safety Event at The NEC, Birmingham, (also attended by SoloProtect), and will be proceeded by the third event in the series, Scotland Works, which will take place in Glasgow in 2017.
The Health and Safety North event runs for 2 days, on the 12th and 13th October 2016, and is located at The Bolton Arena. SoloProtect, the manufacturer of the Identicom lone worker device, will be situated on stand F28.
2016 has been a busy year for SoloProtect, with its brand new, purpose-built, state of the art Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) going live in January. By investing in a brand new, EN50518 accredited ARC SoloProtect have taken steps to improve customer service and lone worker protection. Both in terms of the quality of the infrastructure and staffing, but also with regards to the level of reporting a customer can now access.
At the push of a button, a red alert is triggered and a trained SoloProtect ARC Operator is listening to a possible abusive or violent situation on your behalf. The market leading Identicom lone worker device is the most widely used, dedicated device of its kind and is now used by over 160,000 people. Identicom is used by a wide-range of lone workers to reduce risks to their personal safety as they go about their daily working lives. It’s the only lone worker device specifically designed as an identity card holder in order to be easy to wear and discreet to use.
SoloProtect continue to offer lone worker solutions that are centered on extremely high levels of service and focused on user engagement. The device is fully manufactured in the UK and has a UK Customer Support team working closely during the initial set-up and implementation stage, meaning disruption to the customer is minimised and time is saved. Face to face training then promotes good user-engagement and a chance for user-feedback to be circulated.
All-inclusive, fixed pricing also ensures there are no hidden costs, and monthly reporting on the estate allows a customer to highlight any areas where improvements can be made, to share best practices, and ultimately to confirm return on investment.
Craig Swallow, SoloProtect UK Managing Director commented:
“We’re really looking forward to attending the Health and Safety North event and engaging with the industry again. We continue to feel passionate about lone worker safety and events like this give us the opportunity to share our knowledge within the health and safety community. We’ll be there both days so if you have any questions please stop by and have a chat.’
