SoloProtect retains NSI Guarding Gold
Latest audit confirms continuing accreditation against lone worker standard.
International lone worker solution provider, SoloProtect, has retained NSI Guarding Gold after audit by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) after audit on April 30 2019.
SoloProtect continues to offer daily support to tens of thousands of lone workers with 24/7 alarm support, should they require assistance due to suffering aggression or injury.
The NSI remains the leading certification body for the Security industry in the UK. The audit encompassed accreditation against ISO9001, BS 7858 with regards to security screening of personnel, and key lone worker British Standard, BS 8484.
Accreditation to 'Gold' level takes a product certification level, against a particular sector standard for example, and then builds on that by also incorparating a Quality Management System (QMS), certification. As described by the NSI, "This level holds the greatest perceived value across industry and by the police, fire and rescue services and insurers."
Craig Swallow, SoloProtect UK Managing Director commented, "It's great to retain our NSI Guarding Gold accreditation, which hopefully gives confidence to our customers, as we continue to invest in our people, systems and infrastructure, with a view to providing the best possible lone worker service."
