Dana joined SoloProtect US as Customer Success Associate in June 2022. Drawing on her 25 years of experience in sales support and customer service, she loves building relationships with our customers to ensure they have the best possible experience of SoloProtect’s lone worker safety solutions.
Dana grew up in Dallas and developed her people skills from a young age working in her family’s Italian restaurants.
When she’s not providing invaluable support to SoloProtect customers, she likes to sew and create historically accurate costumes for Renaissance festivals.
