George Broady

Chairman

Mr. Broady is a principal investor and director of several privately held companies in the fields of telecommunications and enterprise software applications including Message Technologies, Inc., TimeLink International Corp., and Broady Health Sciences, LLC.

Over a 30 year period, he founded and was Chairman/CEO of Network Security, Interactive Technologies, Inc. and Ultrak Inc., and brought each of them public on the NASDAQ. All three companies were involved in electronic security, including CCTV, wireless alarms and access control. Ultrak was a global leader in Enterprise Security Solutions with operations in 16 countries.

Before founding Network Security in 1972, Mr. Broady was an investment analyst with both a private investment firm and with the First National Bank in Dallas. 

Mr. Broady served separate terms in the U.S. Army, was promoted to the rank of Private First Class as a Military Police. He also received a merit award from the Army General during the Berlin Crisis in 1961.

Mr. Broady received his Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University in 1960.
