We hope you enjoy the festive season, but please rest assured, all SoloProtect lone worker devices and access to 24/7/365, monitoring support from our Monitoring Center remain uninterrupted during the holidays. Should any device users need to raise a ‘Red Alert’ during that time, we'll be there to support them..
In terms of opening hours at the SoloProtect office (including our Customer Support Team), please see below:
21st December: Open 8.00 am - 1.00 pm
22nd - 25th December - Office Closed
26th - 29th December: Open 8.00 am - 5.30 pm
1st January: Office Closed
Normal business hours resume from Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
