New Business Development Managers
SoloProtect welcomes two new Business Development Managers to their dynamic sales team.
SoloProtect continues to grow adding two new members to our sales team: Jim Hardy and Kristie Erwin will be responsible for helping customers find the SoloProtect solution to help them mitigate risks to their employees that work alone in the Central and Western Regions.
Jim Hardy lives and works in the Chicago area and brings a breadth of knowledge to Central Region customers. Coupling education and experience, he focuses on developing cost-effective solutions to fit the needs of any business. Jim was inspired to work with SoloProtect while reflecting on the current state of safety and thinking through the inherent risk in various jobs both socially and due to environmental conditions. The SoloProtect ID seemed a perfect answer to mitigate the risks faced by a broad spectrum of employees that work alone.
Jim is looking to make an impact in his region by bringing safety solutions and education to business owners and end users alike with an emphasis on urgency. “To me, every day that passes is a day an employee did not have the type of safety mechanism that could have protected them from an incident. My philosophy is, the absence of an incident does not mean the presence of safety.” This drive has already resulted in new customers and partnerships leading to more Central Region residents finding comprehensive safety solutions that work for their businesses. North American Sales Director Kevin Fielder is enthusiastic about Jim’s future with the business sharing, “Jim comes from a strong background in digital advertising sales in the Chicago area and brings vast experience with the ability to solve customer issues and deliver solutions. Jim is definitely an asset to our sales team and will do great things in the Central Region.”
Based in California, Kristie Erwin is bringing fresh energy to the business in the West. With a history of working in the cellular industry and government space, Kristie is looking to increase brand awareness and build relationships with her customer base. “I love being a part of a company that has a genuine interest in keeping people safe and selling a product that can make an impact on many peoples’ lives,” she commented. Kristie is passionate about worker safety and introducing customers to solutions that will solve their safety concerns and minimize risks to their workforce.
“Kristie brings a unique skill set from her ability to create solutions in the government sector for one of the US’ largest wireless carriers,” affirmed Kevin Fielder. “Her knowledge of the budgeting process and how to match solutions with available funding will be a tremendous asset to the Western Region. Kristie will excel in her role and will be a tremendous asset to the SoloProtect team.” Kristie leads with a deep commitment to integrity and honesty as she works to bring security to businesses in the Western Region.
SoloProtect is thrilled to welcome these professionals and both are looking forward to finding new ways to serve customers in 2019. “I look anticipate a very prosperous year with SoloProtect, developing the market, continuing to learn as much as I can about the industry, and most importantly helping to make my corner of the world a safer place. I truly believe I can make a difference in the safety and well-being of employees,” Jim confirmed.
